Russian troops attacked Zaporozhye with KABs again

On the night of October 12, Russian troops attacked Zaporozhye with KABs again. The occupiers struck three times in the city, causing damage to residential buildings and industrial facilities. This was reported by the head of Zaporozhye OVA Ivan Fedorov.

The number of injured in Zaporozhye at this moment is four people. Damage was recorded in three areas of the city.

According to the head of OVA, the Russian strikes on the city caused damage in the Shevchenkivskyi, Oleksandrivskyi, and Voznesenivskyi districts of Zaporozhye. A total of 26 private and three apartment buildings were damaged.

Let us remind you, Russian troops attacked Ukraine again at night. Ukrainian forces managed to shoot down 24 enemy drones. On the night of October 12, 2024, the enemy attacked Ukraine with rockets of an unidentified type from Belgorod region and with 28 strike UAVs from Kursk and Primorsko-Akhtarsk.

Specifically, Russian troops conducted an airstrike on a residential area in Sumy at night. As a result of the attack, a woman was injured, and a four-story apartment building, an administrative building, and private houses were damaged.

In Rovenky, Luhansk region, on the night of October 12, a fire broke out at an oil depot. Local residents reported explosions in the Rovenky area that were heard that night. Meanwhile, the Russian Ministry of Defense claimed that 47 Ukrainian drones were supposedly shot down that night.

Later, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed a strike on a fuel and lubricants depot in the Rovenky area. This base stored oil and petroleum products, which were supplied, among other things, for the needs of the Russian army.

On the night of Monday, October 7, occupied Crimea underwent a massive drone attack. As a result, a massive fire broke out at an oil depot in Feodosia. Subsequently, Ukraine's Defense Forces confirmed they had successfully struck the enemy's maritime oil terminal, located in temporarily occupied Feodosia.

The maritime oil terminal in Feodosia is the largest facility of its kind in Crimea. Its tank capacity is 250,000 cubic meters. Another such terminal operates on the peninsula, located in Sevastopol. The port is open to ships year-round and can provide a wide range of cargo handling services. It has a network of railway lines.

Incidentally, a massive fire continues at the largest oil depot in Crimea, located in Feodosia.
