- 200 g raisins

The process begins by making the starter in the evening. Mix the fresh yeast with warm baked milk, a portion of the sugar, and some of the flour. Allow this mixture to rest and rise overnight. Place the dough into prepared baking tins and let it rise again. Bake the Paska initially at 180 °C (356 °F), then reduce the temperature to 160 °C (320 °F).
