Olena Kravets lost her mother: sad news during the performance.
According to ТСН: Ukrainian actress Olena Kravets announced the death of her mother Nadiya Fedorivna.
Tragic news
The sad news became known during the monodrama "Can I just sit?" in Kyiv. During one of the stories about her parents, Olena admitted that her mother had passed away. The actress noted that this tragic event occurred a month ago, in October.
Father's care for mother
Olena shared a touching story about her 86-year-old father, who took care of her mother every day before her death. A few years ago, Nadiya Fedorivna had a stroke and required special care. According to Kravets, her mother suffered from memory and orientation problems. The actress also planned to move her parents closer to Kyiv at the beginning of the year.
“He kept the image of a real man and the gaze of a kind lion. Apparently, courage does not have an expiration date. Despite his quite respectable age, bad knees, and sometimes high blood pressure, my dad has been taking care of our mother for two years after the stroke. He bathes her, feeds her, dresses her, ensuring the sweater matches the pants because it was always important for mom. And at night, he leaves the light on in the bathroom so she won’t get lost in the dark. It's strange, but mom hasn’t recognized us for two years due to short-term memory loss after the stroke. And sometimes she doesn't understand what day it is and where she is. Mom passed away a month ago,” Olena moved the audience in the hall.
Father’s support
Her father attended the monodrama on October 12. In their hometown Kryvyi Rih, the man went on stage with flowers, and Olena could not hold back her tears as she embraced her loved one.
Rumors of divorce
Recall that recently Olena Kravets hinted at a possible divorce from her husband Serhiy, stating from the stage about problems in their marriage.
This story highlights not only Olena Kravets' personal trials but also the strength of sympathy and support within the family. Her touching words during the monodrama testify to the importance of relationships between parents and children, even in difficult times. Memories of her mother and gratitude toward her father for his tireless care will remain in the hearts of not only the actress but also everyone who heard this story.
