To me, he is not just a singer, he is a bearer of profound philosophical reflections on life, on Ukraine, on our place in the universe. Maybe for someone he is funny, but for me, he is a serious and consistent fighter for our social and humanitarian ideals. He is like the Kobzar of modernity, a kind of enlightener,' said Oleksiy Markovsky.

The sculptor also mentioned that when creating the image of Kuzma Skryabin, he envisioned him as a Kobzar.
