Paul Weller is suing his accountants who left him after he accused Israel of genocide in the Gaza Strip
According to The Sun: The singer has filed a discrimination lawsuit against Paul Harris and John Trotter, who worked for him for 30 years.
“I have always spoken out against injustice. Silencing those who speak the truth is not just censorship — it is complicity. I am going to court not just for myself but to help ensure that others are not punished for expressing their views on the rights of the Palestinian people.”
His lawyers claim he was informed that the accountants and financial advisors were ceasing to provide their services.
It is known that a partner informed him via WhatsApp: “As a firm with Jewish roots and many Jewish partners, we are not willing to work with someone who has such views.”
Paul Weller will donate any compensation to aid in the Gaza Strip.
Currently, there is no comment from Harris and Trotter.
