In the clip, 32-year-old Perrie walked away from the camera wearing a custom t-shirt.
The writing on the back said: “If he wanted to, he would…”
She then turned around to show off her growing belly in a fitted shirt.
On the front, the message read: “…And he did,” after which Alex joined her. He gently hugged her and kissed her on the cheek, while their three-year-old son Axel hugged his mom's belly.
The couple celebrated the birth of their first child in August 2021 and is now expecting another addition to their family.
In her post, Perrie wrote: “Guess what, darlings…”
Her Little Mix bandmates were the first to congratulate the couple on such important news.
Jade Thirlwall first wrote: “Love you all and so happy for you.”
Leigh-Anne Pinnock added: “This is just the best news! Love you all.”
Personal Story
She previously described the baby as a 'rainbow baby', a term for a baby born after the loss of a previous pregnancy.
This happened after Perrie experienced another miscarriage at 24 weeks.
“I was rehearsing for the last Little Mix tour and felt something was wrong,” she recalled.
After five months of pregnancy, Perrie noted that doctors found something abnormal with her unborn child.
“We went for a 20-week scan, but it was actually 22 weeks already, and it was the worst day of my life,” she said.
“I just knew something was wrong during the scan. I had never felt anything like it — it was like everything was happening in slow motion.”
Two weeks later, Perrie and Alex received the sad news that there was no heartbeat.
“I remember crying. Alex had an injury and couldn't drive.”
In the end, she noted that she lost the baby, who was around 24 weeks.
