The Pension Fund answered the main questions of pensioners: how to obtain an electronic certificate.
The Pension Fund of Ukraine spoke about a new pension certificate that can be obtained through the 'Diia' mobile application. This allows you to receive an electronic version of the certificate without a paper variant.
You can order an e-pension certificate at the Pension Fund service centers or through the fund's web portal. For this, you need to have documents such as a taxpayer registration number, a Ukrainian citizen passport, and a photograph. In addition, you need to submit a sample signature.
The old paper certificate will not be valid if you have formed an e-pension certificate on the web portal. The electronic version can be obtained within a few days, but no later than 10 days after submitting the application.
The new service is convenient for pensioners who are abroad. They can obtain an electronic certificate without coming to Ukraine.
Electronic versions of the certificate are created on the 'Diia' Portal using electronic signatures for the legal validity of the document.
