Ingredients:
- eggs - 3 pcs;
- salt - a pinch;
- sugar - 180 g;
- vanilla sugar - 2 tsp;
- kefir - 250 ml;
- oil - 150 ml;
- flour - 370 g;
- baking powder - 2 tsp;
- currants - 200 g;
- flour for berries - 1 tbsp.
For the streusel:
- flour - 80 g;
- sugar - 50 g;
- butter - 50 g;
- vanilla sugar - 0.5 tsp.
Preparation Method
Beat the eggs with sugar and salt. Add kefir and oil, then gradually fold in the sifted flour with the baking powder. Add currants coated in flour and pour the batter into a baking pan.
For the streusel, mix flour with sugar, butter, and vanilla sugar, then distribute it over the top of the pie. Bake at 170 °C for about 40–45 minutes.
