New Online Service for Social Contribution Payers: Certificate Calculations Now Submitted Digitally.
Electronic Submission of Certificate Calculations
According to Мінфін — Крипто/Фінанси: A new digital option is now available for those who pay the unified social contribution (USC). They can submit certificate calculations for salary payments online through the Electronic Cabinet. According to the State Tax Service, this electronic format allows regulatory authorities to review these documents more quickly, thereby speeding up access to funds for both businesses and individuals.
To submit a certificate calculation, users must log into the Electronic Cabinet using a qualified electronic signature, Diia.Signature, BankID, or MobileID. Legal entities should use form J1330001, while individuals must use form F1330001. Once submitted, the document undergoes automated verification, which helps cut down waiting times.
Reasons for Certificate Rejection
However, there are specific grounds on which a certificate may be rejected. Refusal can occur if:
- the submitted form is incorrect;
- the information provided is inaccurate;
- the form is submitted to the wrong regulatory authority.
The status of the certificate review can be tracked in the private section of the Electronic Cabinet. After the review is complete, the payer will either receive confirmation of acceptance or a decision of refusal.
In this way, electronic submission of certificate calculations is becoming a convenient tool for USC payers, helping to streamline the payment process and reduce administrative hurdles.
The introduction of electronic certificate calculations is a significant step toward simplifying administrative procedures for businesses and individuals.
This innovation not only cuts down document processing time but also increases transparency in the payment process. Electronic services are gaining popularity in Ukraine, reflecting the country's gradual shift toward the digitalization of public services.
