President of Poland Andrzej Duda, in an interview with the program 'Graffiti' on Polsat News, spoke about his position on the war in Ukraine and the future of Russian-Ukrainian relations.

According to Duda, to end the war in Ukraine, the primacy of international law must be restored. This is only possible if Ukraine regains full control over all its territories, including Crimea. The President of Poland emphasized that Russia must be punished for its aggression against Ukraine, but this does not mean capturing Russian territories. He warned that if Russia remains in control of Ukrainian lands, it will lead to further aggression. Duda stressed that Poland supports Ukraine and does not consider any plans that could put it in potential danger.

The President of Poland also discussed complex issues in Polish-Ukrainian relations, particularly the Volyn tragedy. He noted that the meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at the site of this tragedy was an important symbol. Duda hopes for progress in the issue of exhuming the victims.

The President of Poland criticizes the idea of blocking Ukraine's integration with the West over historical issues. He emphasized the need to resolve difficult historical questions but not at the expense of blocking European integration. Duda highlighted the importance of constructive dialogue and moving forward together in opposing Russian aggression.
