The head of the Kyiv City State Administration, Serhiy Popko, reported that this night saw the most massive drone attack on Ukraine for the entire war.

"And the main target of the aggressor was Kyiv. The enemy directed many dozens of its drones towards the capital of Ukraine, a peaceful city. This was already the seventh attack on Kyiv by enemy drones in July! It became the most massive for the capital in 2024 in terms of the number of UAVs used," Popko reported.

According to Popko, the air raid alarm lasted more than 7 hours and enemy drones attacked Kyiv from different directions.

"With the efforts and means of air defenses, more than three dozen drones were destroyed in Kyiv's airspace and approaches! (The type of UAV and the exact number will be published by the Air Forces). According to the current operational report, there are no casualties or destructions in Kyiv. The data is preliminary, information is being clarified," Popko reported.
