«The professional army of the Russians is almost lost»: AFU on the situation near Toretsk.

The Russians, who are near Toretsk, are trying to drive out the Ukrainian troops from their positions and constantly send attacks. But the professional army of the occupiers has almost completely been destroyed. This was reported by AFU serviceman Yevhen Ievlev on the air of the 'Espreso' channel.

The military also stated that in the area of Toretsk, military actions and clashes may continue for several months. In this sector of the front, positions often change hands, but this constant pressure from the Russian Federation does not indicate the professionalism of the occupiers' army; on the contrary, it means that the enemy has no problems with manpower. The Russians constantly use fresh infantry for assaults.

However, despite the fact that the enemy has a large number of fighters, during the war in Ukraine, they have almost completely lost their best and professional troops.

«I do not really like myths that the enemy is foolish, but as far as the professional army is concerned, the professional army of the enemy has almost lost its effectiveness. However, it does not matter whether they are professionals or not, elites or not. The point is that there are enough of them», - emphasized Ievlev.

According to the serviceman, the occupiers near Toretsk no longer make the same mistakes as before in Avdiivka, where they sent assault units consisting of 50-70 soldiers.

«The Russians quickly grow at night, trying to take a position in small groups of up to 10 people and try to dig in», - he points out.

Recall that earlier the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine showed terrible photos of the city of Toretsk in the Donetsk region.

A few days ago, the AFU reported that the enemy is doing everything possible to advance along Dzerzhinsky Street in Toretsk, acting from the side of the village Pivnichne. Currently, fierce battles continue in the area of the Bread Factory and the Correctional Colony.

The military also reported that small Toretsk has become impregnable for the occupiers, and even their attempts to break through New York to Nevelske have already several times led to serious problems.
