The Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin stated Russia's readiness for negotiations and compromises
Vladimir Putin emphasized that politics is the art of compromise, and Russia is always ready for negotiations. The leader of the Russian Federation noted that they reached agreements on important issues during a meeting in Istanbul in 2022, but at the same time, they started the invasion of Ukraine. He called this war a 'movement', explaining that Russia seeks emotional excitement when everything is calm and measured. Putin also insists that the RF economy is still strong, and the sanctions have not inflicted significant damage. At the same time, the dictator admitted that inflation is rising in Russia, but this is offset by rising incomes and wages.
