Recently, Rachel shared moments from her vacation in Marbella with her daughters on Instagram. She captioned the photo: “As summer comes to an end, I want to share a little piece of my wonderful vacation with the girls. It was a spontaneous trip that was desperately needed for my heart and soul.”

“It was a chance to breathe and slow down at the beautiful @meliahtlresorts in Marbella. It really could not have happened at a better time.”

According to The Sun, Rachel and Brendan ended their relationship after three years together. Sources say the couple began to drift apart and could not manage the challenges of a 'blended family.'

News of their divorce surfaced three years after her marriage to childhood friend Alex Bourne ended.

“It is extremely sad and happened relatively recently. Both Rachel and Brendan felt there was no way forward.”

Friends note that “Rachel recently went to Marbella with her daughters to find the necessary space for reflection, while Brendan moved out of the family home into an apartment with his younger son. Despite this, feelings remain between them, but it was difficult to keep a blended family together, and the tension ultimately became too much.”

“This is obviously a big transition for Rachel, who has effectively been in relationships for the past two decades, but surely, she will now receive many offers as she is back on the market.”

“It’s painful, but Rachel and Brendan hope to maintain a friendship.”

The couple first confirmed their relationship in November 2022 when they appeared on the ITV show 'Dancing on Ice'. Rachel and Brendan became the third couple to be eliminated from the competition on ITV.
