On Monday, the UN Security Council will meet to discuss the security situation in Ukraine, particularly related to military support for Russia from North Korea, Iran, and China.
The meeting will be held at the request of the United States and Slovenia, who consulted with the Ukrainian permanent mission, reports Ukrinform.
The assistant to the UN Secretary-General for Europe, Central Asia, and North and South America, Miroslav Jenča, will report from the UN Secretariat.
It is expected that Security Council members will also discuss Volodymyr Zelensky's Victory Plan.
The meeting will start at 15:00 Eastern Time (22:00 Kyiv time).
Meanwhile, the Security Council Secretariat reported that on October 25, Russia intends to organize an informal Arria-formula meeting for propagandistic purposes to discuss "crimes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine against civilians" in the Kursk region.
Additionally, the Russian delegation has requested to hold another Security Council meeting on October 31 to "condemn" military assistance to Ukraine.
