The former Page 3 model decided to showcase the results after her bra size changed from DD/E to HH following the birth of her son George.

Rhian noted that she now feels 'sexier than ever' after reducing to a more comfortable size.

She posed in a deep lavender bra and smiled sincerely while showcasing the results.

Rhian captioned the photo:

“Pass me this wine to go with all this cheese.”

Shortly after, she posted a photo in a brown and yellow bikini, demonstrating the aftermath of her surgery.

In the caption, she said:

“This breast reduction + uplift (no implants) has been completely life-changing.”

“The weight off my back, the freedom to choose clothes I actually like, the confidence boost, the energy to move without pain, it’s like I’ve been given a new lease of life.”

Rhian turned off comments as she previously had to defend her decision against trolls who accused her of 'fixing something that doesn’t need changing.'

In one instance, the online bullying was so severe that the woman had to contact the police.

“Many people support me, but many of my fans were absolutely devastated,” she said before the surgery.

“But I’m doing this for my health, as well as for cosmetic reasons, and it was hard to deal with people’s opinions about my body who act like it’s the end of the world.”
