Claire, who dated Ricky last year, recently supported boxing by writing on social media about his planned return to the ring, calling it 'wonderful'. She has yet to comment on his sudden death but appeared sad as she walked through the station with a suitcase.
The actress attended the National Television Awards in London, where she was spotted with bags as she boarded a train alone.
Hatton's death was announced yesterday. Loved ones grew concerned as they hadn't seen him at events on Friday and Saturday. Greater Manchester Police confirmed: 'We can confirm that a body was found at an address in G Crofts on the morning of Sunday, September 14.' It is reported that the death is not being treated as suspicious.
Known to fans as The Hitman, Hatton won four world titles, fighting some of the biggest boxers in history. After retiring, Hatton worked as a promoter and trainer and also participated in the television show 'Dancing on Ice', where Claire also performed.
Ricky, whose boxing career spanned from 1997 to 2012, announced plans to return to boxing on December 2 for a fight in Dubai, 13 years after an unsuccessful comeback bout against Vyacheslav Senchenko.
Hatton had previously struggled with alcohol and depression, but three years ago he managed to regain his life, particularly during an exhibition match with Mexican legend Marco Antonio Barrera.
'I am inspired by the many people who come up and say, 'I have always had weight issues and I see how you have managed it at your age',' Hatton recalled.
