The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky approved the composition of the Ukrainian delegation for negotiations on preparing the draft Agreement on the establishment of an International Commission to consider applications for Ukraine. This is reported by 'Hlavkom'.

The head of the delegation is the Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Iryna Mudra. The delegation includes:

Oleksandr Karasevych - State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Deputy Head of the Delegation;
Tamara Dovhopoliuk - Head of the Compensation Management Department, Department of International Law and Representation of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
Oksana Zolotarova - Director of the Department of International Law of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine;
Anton Korynevych - Ambassador for Special Assignments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine;
Kateryna Shevchenko - Deputy Director of the Department - Head of the Department of International Legal Assistance of the Department of International Law and Representation of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
Mykola Yurlov - Deputy Director of the Department of International Law and Representation of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

The head of the delegation has the right to make changes to the composition of the delegation and involve employees of government bodies and experts to support the work of the delegation. The Cabinet of Ministers must ensure the funding of expenses related to the participation of the delegation.

It should be noted that an international Register of Damages caused by the war in Ukraine has been created in The Hague. Victims of Russian aggression are given the opportunity to file claims for compensation.

Starting from March 12, claims can be submitted to the international Register of Damages in the event of a missing loved one. And from March 19 - for six new categories, including forced internal displacement and forced labor.
