Russians shelled settlements in Kharkiv region, there are casualties.
The invaders shelled settlements in the Kharkiv region, resulting in the death of two civilians, and another sustained bodily injuries. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.
According to the investigation, around 10:00 am on Friday, October 4, enemy forces attacked the village of Izyumske with guided aerial bombs. As a result of the attack, a 35-year-old employee of a local agricultural firm received injuries incompatible with life.
Around 10:10, the Russian army bombed the village of Stepi – a 55-year-old man died, and private houses were damaged and destroyed.
At about 10:40, the enemy arranged a shelling with guided aerial bombs in the village of Cherneshchyna. As a result of the shelling, private houses were damaged.

Around 16:35, Russian forces attacked the city of Kupiansk using an FPV drone. As a result, a 37-year-old man sustained serious injuries, and a vehicle was damaged.
Law enforcement officers began a pre-trial investigation into violations of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Enemy forces regularly strike at Kharkiv, destroying houses and infrastructure in the city. For example, as a result of airstrikes on Kharkiv and Zolochiv on the evening of October 2, 13 people were injured, including a child. The investigation established that the enemy launched guided aerial bombs from the settlement of Stroitiel in the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation using two Su-34 aircraft.
Tonight, the occupiers attacked Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs. There were hits in one of the central districts. Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov noted that there were no fires as a result of the occupiers' attack, but no information was received about the injured.
