Russians struck a public transport stop in Nova Kakhovka, there are casualties.

The Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office reported that the Russian army shelled and thereby damaged Nova Kakhovka, which is located in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson Oblast. As a result of the shelling, the public transport stop was hit, with casualties and fatalities.

According to media reports, Russian troops attacked the city of Nova Kakhovka in the Kakhovka district of Kherson Oblast on November 26, 2024. In the video recording, the consequences of the strike on the public transport stop can be seen. The bus was damaged, and there were injuries and fatalities, the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office stated.

The Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office has initiated a pre-trial investigation regarding the violation of the laws and customs of war (according to Article 438 Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The Prosecutor's Office, together with investigators, is conducting measures to ascertain the circumstances of the incident and the exact count of casualties among civilians.

The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.

We remind you that Russian troops also attacked the city of Sumy and carried out an airstrike. As a result, two people died. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed this information. Russian attacks resulted in damage to residential buildings, a kindergarten, and private vehicles. The fires have been localized.

The Russian Federation launched 188 strike drones

During the night, the Russian Federation launched 188 strike drones against Ukraine. This is the largest number of drones that the enemy has launched. According to the president, 80 drones were shot down, while over 90 were lost in different locations.

Additionally, Russian invaders attacked the electricity infrastructure of Ternopil. Later, it became known that a fire at an energy facility, which was damaged as a result of drone attacks, had been localized in the Ternopil region. The firefighting efforts are ongoing.
