Russian artists in Ukraine: should we allow performances during the war.
Recently, there has been a heated debate in Ukraine regarding the possibility of allowing Russian artists to perform on Ukrainian stages. Whether this should be done or not is a complex issue, as support for Ukraine and financial aid are not always considered sufficient arguments for consent.
Should Russian stars be allowed on the stage of Ukraine
Some residents of Lviv believe that there should be no openness to artists from Russia. Others note that if the artist supports Ukraine, then perhaps they should be allowed in. However, this issue will be decided by government officials and concert organizers, responding to public opinion and the political situation.
This topic has also been addressed by a Ukrainian TV presenter who refused to support the idea of accepting Russian artists. Additionally, recently, over 50 Ukrainians were deported due to a concert of a Polish musician in Ukraine, which also indicates the complexity of the issue of foreign performers participating in our country.
