According to inkorr.com: Athletes from Israel can confidently prepare for upcoming international tournaments, as the International Olympic Committee has confirmed that they will not be excluded due to regional conflict. According to the IOC, Israel and Palestine, as members of the Olympic Charter, have equal rights to participate in sports competitions.

“The national Olympic committees of Israel and Palestine are recognized by the IOC and have equal rights. Both adhere to the Olympic Charter. We continue to work with them to try to mitigate the impact of the current conflict on athletes,” the IOC stated.

Moreover, Russian weightlifters and military personnel who trained in occupied Crimea may have chances to participate in international competitions next year. This has become possible due to the decision on their admission in a neutral status after their previous exclusion due to the military conflict in 2022.

Conclusion

Thus, the situation regarding the participation of Israeli athletes in international competitions has become more stable, and Russian athletes along with military personnel have the opportunity to compete in the upcoming tournaments.
