The host shared: 'He goes to visit my mom. I have to remind her a little bit who he is, so I say, 'Oh, Mom, Jack is coming tomorrow, and he will come on Sunday with me,' and she says, 'Oh, great.'

'But I know she will forget this the moment I leave. So when we walk in, I say to her, 'Oh, look who is here, Mom, it's your grandson, Jack.' And she looks at him, and he says, 'Hi, Grandma,' and then her brain does this, 'Oh, yes, it's him,' and she always says, 'Oh my god, you're so tall' – he has been so tall for seven years – but it's wonderful.'
