You will need:

  • crab sticks — 200 g;
  • bell pepper (red) — 0.5 pcs.;
  • tomatoes — 4 pcs. (medium size);
  • hard cheese — 70 g;
  • garlic — to taste;
  • mayonnaise — 2–3 tbsp.

Cooking method

Cut the crab sticks into thin strips. Also cut the bell pepper into strips — be sure to use red bell pepper, as it creates the necessary color and flavor accent.

Cut the tomatoes in half, carefully remove the core with a spoon so that the salad is not watery. Cut the pulp into strips.

Grate the cheese on a large grater. Mince the garlic — it will add a distinctive aroma to the salad.

Place all the ingredients in a large bowl, add a few tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes — then the salad will become even more tender and aromatic. Serve chilled.
