The majority of Americans disagree with President Donald Trump's approach to relations with Russia and his stance on the war in Ukraine. This is stated by a survey conducted by SSRS for CNN.

59% of respondents do not support Trump's policy towards Moscow, while 55% criticize his actions regarding the war in Ukraine.

Almost 60% of those surveyed do not believe that Trump's approach will help achieve long-term peace between Russia and Ukraine. However, regarding the amount of aid provided to Ukraine, American opinions are divided: 38% believe that the aid is insufficient, 32% say it is too much, and 30% think it is optimal.

The survey was conducted from March 6 to 9 among 1,206 adult Americans with a margin of error of 3.3%.

It has previously been established that a peaceful resolution to the war in Ukraine is almost impossible until 2026. European intelligence gained access to a document outlining Russia's potential demands for peace negotiations. According to the report, Russia's demands were very harsh. This information was presented by the Washington Post, citing Glavkom.

The document, prepared by an analytical center cooperating with the Fifth Service of the FSB, was ready a week before the negotiations between Russia and the USA that took place in Riyadh on February 18.

The document stated that Trump's plans to achieve peace within 100 days are unrealistic and that the war in Ukraine cannot be settled peacefully for another 6 years.

The document also mentioned that Russia should undermine the US position in negotiations regarding Ukraine by provoking a conflict between Trump and other countries. Without recognizing Russia's occupied territories, Russian military actions may resume under the next US administration.
