How many kilometers are left for Russians to Pokrovsk: response from local authorities.
Fighting continues near Pokrovsk.
According to Sergey Dobryak, the head of the city military administration, the occupiers are already seven kilometers from the outskirts of Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region. As a result of Russian shelling, about 80% of the city's critical infrastructure has been destroyed. Now, only 13,000 residents remain in Pokrovsk, among them 94 children. Evacuation continues.
The Russian army also occupied the village of Nevske and continues to extend its influence over other settlements in Donbass. An army corps and additional tank forces have already been sent to the city of Selidove in the Donetsk region by the Russian Federation. The occupiers have moved their operations south of the city of Pokrovsk, and fighting is also observed in Toretsk, New York, and Chasiv Yar.
Alexander Riasnyi, a serviceman of the 15th brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine, stated that the Russian army is conducting operational encirclement on all fronts, cutting off the logistics of the Ukrainian Armed Forces with their firepower.
