Syrsky named the direction of the front where the enemy is pressing with quantity.
According to the portal 'Glavkom', the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky, stated that Ukrainian troops are successfully repelling attacks in the Southern Slobozhansky direction. The enemy is attempting to attack up to ten times a day, but the attacks are being repelled.
During his visit to Kharkiv region, the Commander-in-Chief assessed the situation in the direction personally. According to him, over 60 enemy attacks were repelled last week, and fighting continues.
'Russian occupiers are trying to win by quantity, but the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the National Guard are using tactical and technological solutions to hold back the enemy's advance,' Syrsky noted.
Syrsky and the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the National Guard discussed initiatives to strengthen defenses. Although the situation in the Southern Slobozhansky direction remains tense, Ukrainian defenders are ready for possible counterattacks from the enemy.
Moreover, in the north, Russian forces have been unable to continue their offensive, and the front line remains stable.
