The US will conduct an intercontinental ballistic missile test immediately after the elections.

According to official information, the US is planning to conduct a hypersonic nuclear missile test immediately after the presidential elections. The launch will take place at the Vandenberg military base in California.
According to the US military command, the unarmed intercontinental ballistic missile Minuteman III will be launched between 11:01 PM and 5:01 AM Pacific Time.
Military representatives emphasized that this is a scheduled test planned several years ago. The aim of the testing is to demonstrate the readiness of the US nuclear forces and to bolster confidence in the country's nuclear deterrence capabilities amid growing threats of a possible Third World War.
The missile will fly from the base to Kwajalein Atoll, as a result of a 22-minute flight covering a distance of 4200 miles. The missile's speed exceeds 15,000 miles per hour, enabling it to reach any target anywhere in the world in less than 30 minutes after launch. For example, the distance from California to Moscow is about 5900 miles, and to Beijing is approximately 6000 miles.
