Arrest of Actor Nicholas Braun for DUI

According to The Sun: Star of *Succession* Nicholas Braun was detained and jailed for driving under the influence (DUI) over the weekend.

The 37-year-old actor spent less than an hour in a New Hampshire jail during the Labor Day celebrations.

Police reported that the actor was stopped while driving in the town of Moultonborough on Saturday evening. He was arrested and temporarily held in the county jail.

Braun was not photographed because the camera in the police department was not working.

The actor was released from jail on his own recognizance, promising to appear for the DUI hearing without bail.

Now Braun has a court hearing for the felony charge. If convicted, he could face fines ranging from $500 to $1,200. Under New Hampshire law, his license could be revoked for up to two years.

Moultonborough is located about two hours north of Boston.
