Education. In 2008, he obtained a Master’s degree in Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Career. One of the founders, Managing Partner of the law firm Juscutum since 2008, distinguished by innovative areas of legal practice (corporate security, IT law, conflict resolution, international business management).

Engaged in the implementation of innovations in the field of legal services. He is the author of the idea for the first mobile app for legal protection.

He advocates for the legalization of Bitcoin in Ukraine (since July 2013, Juscutum accepts payments for legal services in Bitcoins). He defends the right to free dissemination of information on the Internet. In 2012, he represented the interests of the file-sharing service EX.ua in a sensational case regarding the seizure of its servers.

Provided legal support for state investment projects in the field of informatization.

He is a co-author of a draft law prohibiting the seizure of servers by law enforcement agencies. A regular participant in working and initiative groups to draft bills aimed at liberalizing the economy and protecting investments in Ukraine.

He is a member of the working group for the protection of the rights of subjects of internet relations at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
