The biography of Alexander Brinzew

Date of birth: 06.02.1951

Place of birth. Education. Born in the village of Aseevka in the Balaklejski district of the Kharkiv region. In 1980, he graduated from the Kharkiv Law Institute named after Dsershinsky.

Career. He began his first job as an apprentice locksmith. He completed his military service.

From 1972 to 1980, he worked as an electrician for telephone communication and alarm systems, deputy secretary of the Komsomol committee of the Physical-Technical Institute of the USSR Academy of Sciences in Kharkiv.

He began his professional legal activity in 1980 as a people's judge of the Kirov District People's Court of Kharkiv.

From 1982 - Judge of the Kharkiv Regional Court.

Since 1987 - Chairman of the Appeals Court of Kharkiv Oblast.

In November 2005, he was appointed by the VII Congress of Judges of Ukraine as a judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. He took his oath on August 4, 2006.

From 2007 to 2010 - Deputy Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.

Since November 12, 2015, Briencev has completed his powers as a judge of the Constitutional Court.

Scientific activity. Doctor of Law, Professor. Author and co-author of 93 scientific works, including monographs on problems of court organization and organizational aspects of the judiciary.

Awards. Honored Lawyer of Ukraine.
