Date of birth: 28.03.1966

Place of birth. Education. Born in the village of Rozhnyativka, Tomashpilskiy district, Vinnytsia region. In 1991, he graduated from Uman Agricultural Institute (specialty - fruit and vegetable production, qualification - technologist in fruit and vegetable processing and storage).

Career. 1992-1995 - Economist at LLC 'Vitamins' (Uman).

1995-1997 - Head of the sales department at LLC 'Vitamins'.

1997-1998 - Deputy General Director at LLC 'Vitamins'.

1998-2000 - General Director at LLC 'Vitamins'.

Since 2000 to the present day - Chairman of the board of shareholders at LLC 'Uman Agricultural Machinery Plant'.

2006-2007 - People's Deputy of Ukraine of the 5th convocation from the Party of Regions (No. 186 in the electoral list). Chairman of the subcommittee on legislative support for the development of pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical activities of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Health Care.

From April 2010 to December 2012 - People's Deputy of Ukraine of the 6th convocation from the Party of Regions (No. 208 in the list). Chairman of the subcommittee on local budgets of the Committee on Budget Issues.

In the fall of 2012, he ran for the Verkhovna Rada of the 7th convocation from the Party of Regions, but his position in the list (No. 108) turned out to be unpassable.
