Biography of Anatolij Alexandrovich Didkovskiy

Date of Birth: 01.01.1950

Anatolij Alexandrovich Didkovskiy - Judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in retirement.

Place of Birth. Education. Born in the village of Dolinovka in the Brusilov district of the Zhytomyr region. In 1969, he graduated from the Kyiv Technical Institute of Transport Construction and subsequently served in the army. In 1976, he graduated from the Law Faculty of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Career. In 1976, he began his work as a judge at the Darnytsia District Court in Kyiv.

From 1985 to 1987, he served as a judge at the Kyiv City Court.

In 1987, he was elected as a judge of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, and from 2003, he was the chairman of the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Ukraine.

In November 2005, he was appointed as a judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine by the VII Congress of Judges of Ukraine. He took the oath of office on August 4, 2006.

His judicial activity ended on September 9, 2010, due to his resignation.

Awards. He was awarded a certificate of honor from the Supreme Council of Ukraine, the Order of 'For Merit' III class, and the Order of Yaroslav the Wise V class. Honored Lawyer of Ukraine.
