Dschaparova Emine Ajarovna - Ukrainian journalist of Crimean Tatar descent, first Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
Place of Birth. Education. Born on May 5, 1983.
In 2006, she graduated with honors from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Faculty of International Relations. She received degrees as a Political Scientist-Internationalist and Translator of English.

In 2005, she participated in the U.S. State Department programs 'International Visitor Leadership Program' and 'Youth Alternative', completed an internship in the office of the First Deputy Chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament. In 2008, she took part in a training program for diplomats at the Clingendael Institute of International Relations, Netherlands.
She speaks English, Crimean Tatar, Turkish, and Spanish.
Career. From 2002 to 2003, she volunteered as an assistant on national minority affairs in the office of the First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine for humanitarian issues.
From March 2008 to January 2010, she served as Attaché in the Department of Social and Humanitarian Affairs of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
From 2011 to 2014, she was Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the news agency 'ZAMAN', moderator and author of several programs on the Crimean Tatar channel ATR.
From March to October 2014, she was Video Editor, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Radio Free Europe project 'Krym.Realii'.
From 2014 to 2015, she was a journalist (freelancer) at Radio Free Europe, author and producer of programs about the history of the Crimean Tatars 'Tugra' and the Crimean Tatar language 'Elifbe'.
From October 2015 to April 2016, she was an advisor to the Minister of Information Policy on the Crimean issue.
From April 20, 2016, to September 3, 2019, she was the First Deputy Minister of Information Policy of Ukraine.
On June 10, 2020, she was appointed as the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
Chairwoman of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO.
Political Career. In the 2019 parliamentary elections, she was a candidate for the Ukrainian Strategy Party-Groysman-number-4 list.
