Place of Birth. Education. Born in the city of Bila Tserkva in the Kyiv region. In 1997, he graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University with a specialization in Accounting and Auditing.
Career. 1995-1996 - Expert in the analysis department of the capital insurance company Vexel.

Social Activities and Charity. He is the president of the Ukrainian professional ice hockey club 'Belyi Bars' (Bila Tserkva) and the founder of the 'Konstantin Jefimenko Charity Foundation.'
