Place of Birth. Education. Born in Kiev. In 1991, he graduated from the Kiev Technical School of Transport Construction. In 1999 - graduated from the International Institute of Market Economy and Entrepreneurship (specialization 'Organizational Management', qualification 'Economist, Organizational Manager').
Career. 1991-1995 - Manager of the Gris company.
1995-1996 - Deputy Director of Crown LLC.
From January 2006 to January 2007 - Chairman of the Board of the Kiev City Union for Consumer Rights Protection.
2007-2010 - First Deputy Chairman of the Pechersk District Administration in Kiev.
Political Activities. 1998-2002 - Deputy of the Pechersk District Council.
2002, 2006, and 2008 - Deputy of the Kiev City Council of the fourth, fifth, sixth convocations. In the last two convocations - member of the faction 'Block of Leonid Chernovetsky'.
Since 2006, he headed the permanent committee of the Kiev City Council on land law issues.
From May 2008 to 2011 - Chairman of the permanent committee of the Kiev City Council on land law, urban planning, and architecture.
Investigation. At the beginning of 2011, Alexei Evlakh found himself in the center of a scandal - on January 12, he was arrested in Germany, where Evlakh was undergoing treatment. Evlakh was accused of forging documents that resulted in damages of 10 million Hryvnias. Additionally, there were materials in the Kiev Prosecutor's Office against Alexei Evlakh regarding the allocation of land on Zhukov Island during a scandalous session of the Kiev City Council on October 1, 2007. In the summer of 2011, Alexei Evlakh was extradited from Germany to Ukraine. In Ukraine, Alexei Evlakh was placed in pre-trial detention in the SBU's pre-trial detention center. In court, Alexei Evlakh pleaded guilty. On October 25, 2011, Evlakh was found guilty by the court of land manipulation. On that day, the Shevchenko District Court in Kiev granted the defendant amnesty and released him from custody in the courtroom.
