Date of Birth: 19.04.1968

Place of Birth. Education. Until the age of six, she lived in Kazakhstan. Then, the family moved to a small town in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, Kosovo, where her father came from. In her childhood, her mother, a television presenter, pressured her to attend music school.

She graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Faculty of Journalism.

Career. After graduating from university, she worked for three years for television in Ivano-Frankivsk.

Later, she moved to Kyiv. Her professional career in the capital of Ukraine started with the news program 'Windows' on UT-2, and then on STB.

Since 2000 she has been the news anchor of the ICTV Channel. She hosts the programs 'Facts' and 'Good News'.

In September 2008, she became the head of the news department at ICTV.

Awards. Honored Journalist of Ukraine (2003).

In 2002, 2007, 2011, and 2012 - she received the media award 'Teletriumph' as 'Best Presenter of the Year'.

In 2009, the Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko awarded Elena Frolyak with the Order of Princess Olga III Class.

Family. Married. Her husband is Sergey Solovyov, the chief cameraman of ICTV. They have a daughter, Natalia, and a son, Anton.

Hobbies. Active recreation, gardening.
