Igor Vladimirovich Gilenko - Former President of NADRA Bank.

Place of Birth. Education. Born in Moscow. In 1988, he graduated from the Moscow Electrotechnical Institute of Communications. In 1995, he completed a course in the Manager Training Program at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in 'Currency-Financial Transactions of a Commercial Bank'.

Career. 1989-1997 - Head and co-owner of a number of companies in the fields of computer engineering, import-export, agriculture, and oil industry.

1997-2009 - President and Chairman of the Board of JSC 'Commercial Bank NADRA'.

Member of the Board of the Ukrainian Banks Association (AUB).

Wealth. Igor Gilenko was one of the owners of NADRA Bank and controlled 33.4% of the shares.

In February 2008, Focus magazine estimated the banker’s wealth at 605 million USD. With this value, Igor Gilenko ranked 45th in the '130 Richest People in Ukraine'. It was noted that the previous year the owner's assets of NADRA Bank were significantly lower - 430 million USD.

In June 2008, 'Korrespondent' magazine ranked the businessman 36th in its 'TOP-50 Richest Ukrainians' list, estimating his wealth at 595 million USD.

Awards. In 2000 and 2001, he was named a laureate of the nationwide program 'Man of the Year' in the category 'Financier of the Year'. In 2005, he won the 'Man of the Year' program in the category 'Financier of the Year' as the head of a financial institution that in 2004 'most contributed to the establishment and stabilization of the credit and financial market of Ukraine'.

In 2006, Igor Gilenko was featured as one of the leaders in the 'TOP-100. Best Top Managers of Ukraine' ranking.

Author of 16 published works on management and banking.

Criminal Case. In October 2009, the Prosecutor's Office of Kyiv initiated a criminal case against the former chairman of the JSC NADRA Commercial Bank Igor Gilenko. A criminal case was initiated under Article 191, paragraph 5 of the Ukrainian Criminal Code (Acquisition of foreign property by abusing an official position on a particularly large scale in accordance with a preliminary conspiracy of a group of persons). Since the former chairman hid from the investigation, he was put on the wanted list.

Later, media reported that Igor Gilenko, who holds a Russian passport, had left the territory of Ukraine.
