Date of Birth: 20.05.1967

Place of Birth. Education. Born in Nemeshaevo, Borodyansky District, Kyiv Region. In 1991, he graduated from the Kyiv Institute of Civil Engineering (specializing in Urban Planning, qualification in Civil Engineering). In 1993, he completed the College of Entrepreneurship at the Kyiv National Economic University (qualification as a Specialist in International Economic Relations). In 2002, he graduated from the Ukrainian Academy of Foreign Trade (specializing in International Law). Doctor of Economics, Lecturer.

Career. 1985-1987 - Military service.

1991-1992 - CEO of the Ceramic Workshop of the Center for Scientific and Technical Creativity of Youth of the Kyiv Institute of Construction, Director of the company Zvezda, Director for Foreign Economic Affairs of the Ukrainian Industry and Investment Group.

1992-1993 - CEO of the Ukrainian-German Joint Venture Jurvest.

1993-1997 - Chief Economist, Deputy Assistant Minister, Deputy Head of the Department of the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade of Ukraine.

1997-2002 - Senior Specialist, Head of the Analytical Office for Sectoral and Foreign Economic Issues of the Main Department for Economic Policy of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine (Leonid Kuchma).

2002-2005 - Assistant to the Prime Minister of Ukraine (Viktor Yanukovych).

2005-2006 - First Vice President of the 'Ukrainian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce'.

2006-2007 - Member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the V Convocation from the Party of Regions (No. 164 on the party list). Chairman of the Subcommittee on Innovative Activities of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada for Science and Education.

2007-2012 - Member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the VI Convocation from the Party of Regions (No. 167 on the list). Member of the Committee on Finance, Banking, Tax and Customs Policy.

In autumn 2012, he ran for the Verkhovna Rada of the VII Convocation from the Party of Regions, but was placed in the unconfirmed part of the list (No. 100).
