Date of Birth: 18.07.1949

Place of Birth. Education. Born in Lviv in a family of philologists. In 1972, he graduated from the Faculty of Physics of I. Franko Lviv National University. In 1995 - Institute of State and Local Administration under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Master of Public Administration). Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (1978).

Scientific Activity. Lecturer at the Department of Theoretical Physics of I. Franko National University of Lviv. Author of about 70 scientific papers.

Career. 1972-1974 - Physics teacher at a secondary school in Lviv.

1977-1993 - Junior Researcher, Senior Researcher at the Institute of Applied Mechanics and Mathematics Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Senior Researcher at the Institute of Condensed Matter Physics of the NASU. 1993-1994, 1995-1996 - Lecturer at the Department of Theoretical Physics of I. Franko National University of Lviv. 1996-1998 - Head of the Education Department of Lviv Regional Administration, Deputy of the Lviv Regional Council of the II convocation. 1998-2002 - Member of the Ukrainian Parliament of the III convocation from the People's Movement of Ukraine. Deputy Chair of the Parliamentary Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government.

2002-2006 - Member of the Ukrainian Parliament of the IV convocation from the Our Ukraine Bloc. Deputy Chair of the Parliamentary Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government. In the 2004 Presidential elections - authorized representative of the opposition candidate Yushchenko in the Central Election Commission.

2006-2007 - Member of the Ukrainian Parliament of the V convocation from the Our Ukraine party (16th place on the list). Member of the Parliamentary Committee on State Building, Regional Policy, and Local Self-Government.

2007-2012 - Member of the Ukrainian Parliament of the VI convocation from the Our Ukraine - People's Self-Defense party. Deputy Chair of the Parliamentary Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government.

Since 2005, a member of the National Union Our Ukraine party, member of the party's Presidium. (03.-11.2005), member of the Presidium of the NSNU. In the 1990s, Klyuchkovsky was a member of the People's Movement of Ukraine (since 1989), a member of the Central Committee (since 1992) and of the Politburo of the NRU (since 1999).

Awards. Awarded the Order 'For Merit' III class (2005).

Family. The politician is married. His wife Irina Mikhailovna (born 1954) - philologist, headed the Department of Romance Languages at the Department of Foreign Languages of the Lviv Polytechnic National University. The couple has a daughter Yaryna (born 1975) and a son Markian (born 1983).
