Place of birth. Education. Born in Donetsk. From 1987 to 1992, he obtained an education as a mining engineer at the Donetsk State Technical University (specialization - technology and comprehensive mechanization of underground extraction of mineral resources).
Career. From 1992 to 1994, Kłujew worked as the head of the metals department, commercial director of the trading company 'Podshipnik'. Then, until 2000, he held positions first as vice president, and then as chairman of the supervisory board of PAO Ukrpodshipnik. From 2000 to 2002, he was the chairman of the board of directors of the industrial-investment corporation Ukrpodshipnik.
From June to October 2005, he was a member of the board of directors of the company SLAV Handel, Vertretung und Beteiligung AG (Austria). Then, until the parliamentary elections in 2006, he again served as chairman of the board of directors Ukrpodshipnika.

On July 3, 2019, the Central Election Commission unanimously canceled the registration of Andrzej Kłujew as a candidate in a single-mandate district No. 46.
Sanctions.
