Vadim Anatolyevich Kopylov - former first deputy minister for economic development and trade.
Place of Birth. Education. Born in Stakhanov, Luhansk Oblast. Graduated from Moscow Mining Institute in 1980 (Mining Engineer-Economist).
Career. 1980-1984 - Mine Manager, Head of the Labor and Wage Department of the XXI Mine of the Stakhanovugol Production Association.
1984-1989 - Chief Economist of the S.M. Kirov Mine of the Stakhanovugol Production Association.
1989-1994 - Head of the Planning and Economics Department, Deputy General Director - Economic Director of the Luhanskugol Production Association.
From December 1994 to January 1996 - Deputy Minister for Coal Mining of Ukraine.
From January to October 1996 - Deputy General Director of the Luhanskugol Production Association.
From December 1996 to February 1998 - Head of the Main Department for Tax Enforcement of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.
