Place of Birth. Education. Born in the village of Chausovo Vtorye in the Pervomaisky district of the Nikolaev region. In 1980, he graduated from the Friendship University named after Patrice Lumumba in Moscow (in the field of 'International Law').
Career. 1970-1972 - Laborer in the collective farm 'Path of Lenin' (Chausovo-2).
1972-1974 - Military service.
1980-1989 - worked in institutions in Moscow and the Moscow region in legal positions.
Since 1989 he worked as an entrepreneur in Moscow and the Moscow region.
Since 1998 - Founder and co-founder of LLC Agrofirma Kornatskih, LLC Law Firm Kornatskih, sole proprietorship Construction Company Kornatskih.
In 2007 - Advisor to the Head of the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine (Viktor Baloga).
In 2007-2008 - Deputy Chairman of the Nikolaev Regional Administration for the agro-industrial complex.
Since 2008 - Chairman of the public organization 'Peasant Front'.
In 2012 he ran for the Verkhovna Rada from the Fatherland party in the single-mandate district No. 132 (center - Pervomaisk). In the elections, according to data from the Central Election Commission, he received almost the same number of votes as the candidate from the Party of Regions, Deputy Governor of Nikolaev, Vitaliy Travianko (29678 vs. 29910). Due to manipulations by the district commission and clashes of voters with law enforcement officials, the Central Election Commission declared the elections in the district failed (official reason - 'the results cannot be determined'). In the repeat elections, three opposition parliamentary parties decided to nominate Kornatski as a single, coordinated candidate. On September 5, 2013, the Verkhovna Rada set new elections for December 15, 2013.
On December 15, 2013, repeat elections took place in 'problematic' districts, including the 132nd district. After counting 100% of the votes, independent candidate Nikolay Kryuglov received 47.85% or 32,947 voter votes.
From October 26, 2014, to August 2019, he was a deputy of the eighth Congress, elected to the Verkhovna Rada in electoral district No. 132 from the party Block Petro Poroshenko.
On May 22, 2019 he left the Block Petro Poroshenko faction.
Family. Married. There are three daughters and one son.
