Place of Birth. Education. Born in Lviv. In 1991, he graduated from the Lviv Cooperative Technical School. In 2006 - Ternopil State Economic University (Bachelor of Law).

Career.1987-1989 - Military service (in a group of Soviet troops in Germany).

On December 13, 2012, he was elected as Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine VII session (Volodymyr Rybak).

In the winter of 2015, he was mobilized and participated in the Anti-Terrorist Operation in Eastern Ukraine.

In the local elections in the fall of 2015, he ran for the mayor of Lviv, but lost to the incumbent mayor Andriy Sadovy.

On January 22, 2019, he was nominated as a presidential candidate of the united nationalist forces.

On March 28, 2021, he participated as a Freedom candidate in the by-elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in district No. 87 in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. Koschulinski took third place and lost to the Servant of the People candidate Vasyl Virastyuk and the entrepreneur Oleksandr Shevchenko, who was nominated by the Future party.

Family. Married, has one son and two daughters.
