Place of Birth. Education. He was born on August 20, 1982, in Pershotravenske, Dnipropetrovsk Region.
He studied at the Kyiv School of Economics, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Marketing. He also completed a short program at the Harvard Kennedy School.

Business. In 2008, Kubrakov founded a series of companies called 'City for People' in Mariupol, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Enerhodar, Dniproderzhynsk, and Krementschuk. In 2015, LLC 'Eurocomservice' was established, and in 2016 - LLC 'City for Human Services'. These companies specialized in the installation of water supply networks, heating and ventilation systems, cleaning homes, and comprehensive building maintenance.
