Education

Graduate of Donetsk National University with a degree in Law. Doctor of Law.

Career

He worked as a research associate at the Institute of Economic and Legal Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

From 1996-1997 - Deputy Chairman of the Regional Department of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in Donetsk.

He also worked in the Prosecutor's Office in the positions of Prosecutor, Deputy Prosecutor of Donetsk region, Senior Assistant to the Prosecutor General of Ukraine. He was an advisor to the first Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, headed the Association for Ukrainian-Japanese Cooperation in the field of industrial and cultural development, as well as the independent arbitration court of the Association for the Legal Protection of Consumer Interests.

From 2007-2010 - Senior Assistant to the Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine (Oleksandr Medvedko).

Since April 2010 - Deputy Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (Vasyl Tsushko) - state representative.

On May 11, 2011, he was appointed by the decree of President Viktor Yanukovych as the first Deputy Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine - state representative.

In March 2014, he was dismissed from the position of first Deputy Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine - state representative.
