Place of Birth. Education. Born in Korowinzy, Nedrigailovsky District, Sumy Region.

In 1972, he graduated from the Romen Industrial College. In 1988, he graduated from M. Gorky Kharkiv State University, majoring in 'Finance and Credit'.

Career. 1972-1974 - Master of the Plavinishchevsky Interkolkhoz Brick Plant in Sumy, Master of the Dukinsky Career for the extraction of limestone and gravel in the Vladimir region of Russia (with a break for military service).

1975-1981 - Mechanic, Workshop Manager of the Upper Dnieper Quarry Management of the DniproNerudProm enterprise (Dnipropetrovsk region).

1981-1983 - Master, Senior Foreman of the Asphalt Concrete Plant of the Romen Road Construction Directorate No. 29 of the construction enterprise 'Kharkiv Dorstroy', Chief Engineer of the Production and Technical Procurement Management of the construction enterprise 'Kharkiv Dorstroy' (Romen).

From 2014 to 2019 - Deputy of the People's Deputies of the VIII convocation from the party of Petro Poroshenko's Bloc, elected as an independent candidate in electoral district No. 161 in the Sumy region. Member of the Tax and Customs Policy Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

Awards. Honored Worker of Ukraine (1994). Awarded the Order of Merit III (1997) and II (2002) degrees.
