Place of Birth, Education. Born in Kyiv. Graduate of the Institute of International Relations of the National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv (Master of International Law, Bachelor of International Relations). In 2001, he received his lawyer's license.

Career. 1999-2001 - Lawyer in Ukrainian companies.

2001-2004 - Senior Legal Counsel at Arthur Andersen (from 2002 - Ernst & Young). Led a team of lawyers advising international and local clients on corporate and investment law issues.

Since 2004 - Managing Partner of the law firm Lavrinovich & Partner. Lavrinovich's areas of focus include: Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Law, Competition Law, Antitrust Law, Corporate Protection, Privatization, Court Representation.

He is a member of the board of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association.

Family Connections. Widower. Wife - Svetlana Lavrinovich, founder, publisher, and editor-in-chief of the fashion magazines L'Officiel Austria, L'Officiel Monaco, and L'Officiel Cyprus. She passed away in May 2022.

Father - Alexander Lavrinovich, former Minister of Justice of Ukraine, former Member of Parliament of the Party of Regions.
