Alexei Vladimirovich Lelyuk - People's Deputy of the IV, V, VI, VII Congresses of the Ukrainian Parliament, member of the Party of Regions faction. Chairman of the State Agency for Reserves of Ukraine (2010-2012).
Place of Birth. Education. Born in Kharkiv. In 1992, he graduated from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University (Mechanical Engineer). In 2001, he graduated from the National Juridical Academy of Ukraine named after Yaroslav the Wise (Lawyer).
Career. 1992-1998 - Director of CHP Egida (Kharkiv).
From March to December 1998 - General Director of LLC 'Sitrone'.
1999-2003 - General Director of OJSC 'Kharkiv Plant for Food Acids'.
2003-2004 - Chairman of the Board of JSC 'Poltavagas'.
Since March 14, 2015, he has been the President of the NGO 'Institute for Economic and Energy Concepts'.
Political Career. Trusted person of the presidential candidate of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych.
2004-2006 - People's Deputy of Ukraine of the IV Congress, self-nomination. Member of the Party of Regions faction. Member of the Committee on Rules, Ethics of Deputies, and Organization of the Work of the Ukrainian Parliament.
2006-2007 - People's Deputy of Ukraine of the V Congress of the Party of Regions (No. 91 on the election list). Member of the Committee on Fuel and Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy, and Nuclear Safety.
2007-2010 - People's Deputy of Ukraine of the VI Congress of the Party of Regions (No. 92 on the list). Member of the Committee on Finance, Banking, Tax, and Customs Policy.
On December 28, 2010, he was appointed Chairman of the State Agency for Reserves of Ukraine by a decree of President Yanukovych.
From December 2012 to November 2014, he was a People's Deputy of Ukraine of the VII Congress, nominated by the Party of Regions in constituency No. 149 in Poltava Oblast. Member of the Parliament Committee on Fuel and Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy, and Nuclear Safety.
On January 16, 2014, Alexei Lelyuk voted for the 'dictatorial laws' - a package of anti-democratic laws that significantly limited citizens' rights and freedom of expression.
Family. Wife Firsowa Alina (born 1967) - engineer-technologist at SPT-Citron. A daughter Daria (born 1999).
