Sergei Vladimirovich Levochkin - Head of the Administration of the President of Ukraine (2010-2014), Member of the Ukrainian Parliament, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Lecturer at the Department of Finance at KNEU. Owner of the Ukrainian television channel Inter (2013-2023). Member and one of the leaders of the Opposition Platform - For Life faction in Parliament.

Place of Birth. Education. Born in Kyiv. His father - Vladimir Levochkin - Colonel General of the Police, headed the Main Department for the Execution of Sentences during the first prime minister's term of Viktor Yanukovych (died in December 2005).

In 1993, Sergei Levochkin graduated from the Kyiv National Economic University with a specialization in accounting, control, and analysis of economic activities. From 1999 to 2002, he obtained a second higher education degree at the Ukrainian Academy of Foreign Trade in international law. Doctor of Economic Sciences.

Career. His professional career began in 1996. He worked in various commercial companies.

In 1999, he was appointed scientific advisor to President Leonid Kuchma. Later he became an advisor and assistant to Kuchma (2000-2001). From 2002 to 2005, he was the first deputy to the President.

He was a member of the supervisory boards of state banks and also headed the supervisory board of OJSC Ukrtelecom.

After the Orange Revolution, he became an advisor to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, Volodymyr Lytvyn. In the 2006 parliamentary elections, he ran on the list of the People’s Bloc of Lytvyn (under number 13), but this political force did not gain the required percentage of votes.

On September 5, 2006, the new government head appointed him as the head of the Prime Minister's Office of Ukraine. And already on October 11, this structure was transformed into the Office of the Government Head.

In the early parliamentary elections of 2007, he was elected to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine under number 45 on the party list of the Party of Regions.

In September 2013, Levochkin founded his own fund 'New Ukraine' to finance projects of non-governmental institutes and analytical centers.

In March 2010, he resigned his parliamentary mandate as he was appointed head of the Administration of the President of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych.

In November 2013, he ranked 29th in the ranking of the richest Ukrainians by the magazine Korrespondent.

On January 17, 2014, he was dismissed from his position as head of the presidential administration by the decree of the President and appointed as an advisor to the President. He was succeeded in his position by Andrey Klyuev.

On February 24, 2014, he was dismissed from his position as the President's advisor by the decree of acting President Oleksandr Turchynov.

In the parliamentary elections on October 26, 2014, he ran under the Opposition Bloc for the Verkhovna Rada, where he took 12th place on the list (his sister Yulia Levochkina took 16th place). After the party entered the Parliament, he became a deputy of the VIII convocation.

On November 20, 2018, deputies Yuri Boyko and Sergei Levochkin were expelled from the faction of the Opposition Platform in the Verkhovna Rada.

On May 27, 2019, members of the political party Opposition Platform - For Life unanimously elected MPs Vadim Rabinovich and Yuri Boyko as deputy leaders of the party. Sergei Levochkin was elected chairman of the party's strategic council.

In the 2019 parliamentary elections, he was elected a people's deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of the IX convocation from the party Opposition Platform - For Life, taking 5th place on the list.

Since April 21, 2022, he has been a member of the parliamentary group Platform for Life and Peace (PZHZM) in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the IX convocation, which consists of former members of the Opposition Platform.

Family. Was married to Zinaida Likhacheva, painter, designer. The couple has four children: two daughters and two sons. Among the godparents of the Levochkines are the party of Regions MP Eduard Prutnik, former President Yanukovych, and former President Kuchma.

The younger sister - Yulia Levochkina (b. 1977), former MP of the Party of Regions and the Opposition Platform - For Life.
